Delivery Time
After your order and payment are confirmed in our system, your order will be shipped within the timeframe specified in the product information (average of 5 business days), excluding weekends and public holidays. The preparation time for your order may vary depending on the date and time the order was placed. For products requiring a longer supply period or in the event of special circumstances, you will be informed separately.

Shipping Information
www.dyllaatelier.com works with DHL Cargo for shipments. Orders are delivered to the address specified by the customer via DHL Cargo between 09:00 and 18:00 on business days, excluding public holidays.

Payment via Bank Transfer / EFT
You may complete your payment via bank transfer or EFT for purchases made on www.dyllaatelier.com. While making the payment, please include your order number and full name in the description section. Additionally, in order to ensure faster and error-free processing, we kindly request that you send the payment receipt either by replying to your order confirmation e-mail or to our e-mail address: dyllaatelier@gmail.com.

Installment Payment
For purchases made on www.dyllaatelier.com, installment options of up to 12 months are available for Bonus, Axess, Maximum, World, Card Finans, Asya Card, and Paraf credit cards. The commission fee for up to 3 installments is covered by us, and no additional fee will be charged to you. Commission rates for other installment options are as follows:

  • 6 installments: 5.18%

  • 9 installments: 8.45%

  • 12 installments: 11.8%

For your security, credit card information is not stored on our website. During the payment process, you will be redirected to İYZİCO’s secure payment page. Credit card information is not retained on www.dyllaatelier.com for security reasons. Therefore, you will need to re-enter your card details for each new order.
