Production of D'ylla Fabrics
First, our geometric patterns, designed on paper, are drawn using special computer programs to adapt them for the knitting machine. Afterwards, special color blends are obtained from our polyester yarn selections, in line with the themes that inspired our designs. Fabric trials are conducted to achieve the desired texture and softness. Then, our fabrics are produced in meters with the decided color combination and texture. We use jacquard knitting technique for our fabrics.
Solutions are applied to our produced fabrics to increase their durability, and they undergo washing and drying processes.
Bag Production
First, patterns for our designed bag models are created by our model makers. Usability and durability tests are conducted on the sample models. After inspections, revisions are made, and in the final stage, a sample of the version to be produced is created. Then, our leather and accessory selections are made, in line with the themes that inspired us. Our logos are usually embroidered or hot stamped onto our leathers. And in the final stage, our bags are brought to life one by one by our experienced artisans, handmade in limited numbers. We generally do not reproduce the same color of our bags, which are meticulously crafted at every stage.
